The West Midlands Police and Crime Plan for 2025-2029 is an important initiative that aims to shape the future of policing in our region. As we enter the consultation phase for the development of this plan, we are reaching out to the community for their input, insights, and expertise.

The aim is to set clear objectives and priorities for the West Midlands Police and to guide the efforts of Simon Foster, the West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner, in the years ahead.

This public survey is an opportunity for residents to express their views on the proposed priorities and principles that will underpin the Police and Crime Plan. We encourage everyone in the community to participate by sharing their thoughts and experiences, as your feedback is invaluable in helping us understand the unique challenges and needs within our neighborhoods.

In addition to the public survey, we are particularly interested in gathering detailed submissions from individuals and organizations with relevant expertise, knowledge, and experience in areas related to policing and community safety. Whether you are a community leader, an academic, a business owner, or simply a concerned citizen, your proposals and analysis can play a crucial role in ensuring that the Police and Crime Plan is grounded in the best available evidence and data.

To further engage with the community, Police and Crime Commissioner Simon Foster will be hosting a series of events throughout the consultation period. These events will focus on specific priority areas and provide a platform for deeper discussion and collaboration. We invite you to join these sessions, as your voice is essential in our collective effort to create a safer and more inclusive West Midlands.

Your participation in this process will help us craft a Police and Crime Plan that reflects the values and aspirations of our communities. Together, we can work towards building a more secure and harmonious future for everyone in the West Midlands.
